Hassle Free 14-Day Return Policy
Please note that all products are very carefully inspected for quality, assortment, and proper packaging prior to shipment. However, manufacturers may screw up, shipping carriers can err, and yes, even we might make a mistake from time to time. Nobody is perfect, and we know that. It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. Or perhaps you might change your mind after receiving your order. That's why we have decided to offer a Hassle Free 14-Day Return Policy that states:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items within 14 days from the day your order has been shipped, for a replacement or refund. Our Return Policy is part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions. Policy details are subject to change without notice.
Since Stark Industries Corporation deals with popular collectables, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we might not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.
Products must be returned in their entirety (no partial cases) in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either the original or a copy). Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition without any retail seals unbroken.
Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items plus applicable tax, less any applicable restocking fees or charges. This credit will not include any original shipping and processing charges. Your credit will appear after Stark Industries Corporation receives and processes your returned item, as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy.
Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear in their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to show up on your statement. Complete, detailed instructions on how to return merchandise can be found on the reverse side of your invoice in each shipment.
Please note that all items purchased as PRE-ORDER ITEMS are not eligible for return as they are subject to the details listed in the PRE-ORDER POLICY section of our Terms & Conditions. If you have eligible products to return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns cannot be processed without a valid RMA Number. Please do not send us your return without any RMA number. Shipments returned to us without an RMA number may be subject to restocking fees. We are not responsible for shipments returned to us without an RMA number.
PUDU DESIGNS REFUND POLICY:
All Pudu Designs products are subject to this policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return full-price item(s) within 14 days of the original date of purchase. We require that all returned items must be unused, unworn and in excellent condition with the original packaging and original tags attached. Items that do not meet all of these requirements are not eligible for return. For eligible returns, we will process a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. Refunds can take up to 30 days from the time we receive your returned product.
Sale items and pre-order items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Items shipped internationally are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
